Cottenham Park is a well established family run residential home park that has been in the same ownership since 1968 and is situated off the High Street in Cottenham Village. The park offers a quiet tranquil setting with open areas and walks around a private lake with abundant wildlife [regularly seen are kingfishers, woodpeckers, squirrels, etc.].

Cottenham Park is a medium sized park that is maintained to a very high standard and has been recently been upgraded for semi/full-time retired. All visitors are welcome, but we regret pets are prohibited.

The owners of the park also live in the village which has a population of over 5000 people. The village boasts one of the longest High Streets in the country, and this hosts a wide range of shops and amenities including Post Office, Chemist, Building Society and Library, there is also choices of Doctors' Practices, Dentists, Public Houses, Clubs and Four Churches.
